Women’s Resilience & Balance Group
Don’t underestimate when your hormones are talking.
This group is designed for women who want to gain a deeper understanding of how their hormones affect their psychology, relationships, and daily life. With a scientific approach and in a safe environment, we work on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. Through psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and peer support, we learn to listen to the “messages” of the body and to find balance.
Parents' Group
In this 6-week experiential program, you will learn simple, scientifically proven techniques to manage anxiety, regulate behavior, and improve family relationships.
The sessions are designed for families and include practical tools, at-home exercises, and support in communicating with schools and services.

Girls Growth & Resilience Circle
This group has been designed specifically for teenage girls who experience pressure from school, social media, relationships, and societal expectations. Across 8 sessions, we will work together to recognize and regulate emotions, set healthy boundaries, deal with online comparisons, and build self-esteem. The sessions are offered in three languages (Greek / German / English) and include experiential exercises, discussions, and group support. Limited spots available — reserve your place now! Intended for girls aged ~12–18.
