Why people trust us

Years of Experience, Continuous Learning

With substantial experience in providing psychotherapy, counseling, and psychological services across different age groups and presentations, I bring seasoned clinical judgment to our work. Yet I remain humble about what I don't know—your experience is unique, and I approach each client with curiosity and respect for their individual journey.

Commitment to Ongoing Growth

The field of psychotherapy continually evolves, and so do I. Through regular supervision, ongoing training, and engagement with current research—particularly in neurodevelopmental conditions, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices—I ensure my knowledge remains current and effective.

Specialized Understanding

With extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals (autism, ADHD, PDA), trauma survivors, children, adolescents, and families, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our work together. Clients appreciate that I recognize the complexity of their experiences—particularly when navigating multiple identities, developmental stages, or intersecting challenges.

The Therapeutic Approach

Our method at Your Therapy Center is grounded in the latest insights from three key fields:

• Psychotherapy – supporting emotional growth and resilience

• Applied Neuroscience – understanding how the brain shapes behavior and relationships

• Personalized Care – tailoring strategies to meet your unique needs

01

Fostering Trust and Safety

The foundation of meaningful therapy lies in a trusting relationship. From the very beginning, we work to create a supportive and open environment where you feel safe to express yourself freely, without fear of judgment.

02

Defining Goals Together

Your aspirations and values are at the heart of our work. Together, we’ll identify what you hope to achieve through therapy and outline a clear path that aligns with your priorities and vision for the future.

03

Tailored, Evidence-Based Methods

Integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness-Based Practices to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. No two individuals are the same, and neither are their journeys. I utilize scientifically validated approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, mindfulness, Couching and holistic approach technics—customized to fit your specific needs and circumstances.

04

Encouraging Growth and Resilience
