About Kelly
Kelly Tzanou is a psychologist and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in mental health care. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from London Metropolitan University and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of East London. Currently, she is completing advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based therapeutic approach that addresses the dynamic interplay between cognition, emotion, and behavior.
From 2011 to 2014, Kelly practiced as a licensed psychologist in Athens and Chalkida, delivering comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, families, and adults. Her clinical focus centered on utilizing structured therapeutic modalities to support clients in managing emotional dysregulation, maladaptive behavioral patterns, and relational difficulties.
In 2015, she relocated to Germany and has since worked in public and private mental health initiatives. Since 2017, she has been collaborating with Bezirk Oberbayern, contributing to programs that promote psychological well-being, social inclusion, and educational advancement. Her professional network encompasses Youth Services (Jugendamt), private Montessori institutions, private secondary schools (Gymnasium), and intercultural support programs designed to facilitate the adjustment and integration of international families.
Beyond her professional practice, Kelly is deeply committed to community engagement and social advocacy. She has volunteered extensively with organizations in Greece, including residential care facilities for at-risk youth and support centers serving marginalized and vulnerable populations.

The Therapeutic Approach
Our method at Your Therapy Center is grounded in the latest insights from three key fields:
• Psychotherapy – supporting emotional growth and resilience
• Applied Neuroscience – understanding how the brain shapes behavior and relationships
• Personalized Care – tailoring strategies to meet your unique needs
01
Fostering Trust and Safety
Meaningful therapy begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship. From our first session, we work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly and authentically.
02
Defining Goals Together
Your aspirations and values guide our work. Together, we'll identify what you hope to achieve and create a clear, collaborative path that aligns with your priorities and vision for the future.
03
Tailored, Evidence-Based Methods
No two individuals are the same, and neither are their therapeutic journeys. I integrate scientifically validated approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Coaching, and holistic techniques—customized to your specific needs and circumstances.
This integrative approach fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and deeper self-awareness.
