Fees & Booking

Session fees & how to get started

Start with a free 15-minute consultation

Before anything else, we begin with a free, no-obligation 15-minute call. It is a relaxed way to introduce ourselves, talk about what is bringing you to counselling, and decide together whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure and no commitment.

Session length & formats

The initial intake session lasts 60 minutes. Ongoing sessions are typically 50–60 minutes, at a frequency (weekly or fortnightly) that we agree together based on your needs and goals. I offer:

How fees work

Fees depend on the type and length of session. I keep pricing simple and transparent, and I will explain it clearly during your free consultation — so you have all the information you need before deciding, with no surprises. If cost is a concern, please mention it; I would rather talk openly than have it be a barrier to reaching out.

Payment & cancellation

Payment details are arranged when you book your first session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know in good time so the slot can be offered to someone else; I will always try to be flexible where life makes that necessary.

Please note: the services offered here are psychological counselling outside the scope of medical treatment (Beratung außerhalb der Heilkunde). They are not billed through statutory health insurance and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

How to book

The easiest first step is to request your free 15-minute consultation. From there, if it feels right, we schedule your first full session and begin the work together, at your pace.
